Psyllium Husk in Sandalwood Syrup
Use of 2-3 tablespoons of Psyllium Husk (Isbaghol) in Sandal wood syrup is the best natural tip to overcome both problems. If you did not have any stomach problem you can use it with milk or yogurt by adding 1 or 2 bananas.
Fennel Seeds, Green Cardamoms, Ginger and Mint Leaves
Soak 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds, 2 green cardamoms, 8-10 leave of fresh mint and a little piece of Ginger in 1 glass water for overnight. Next morning boil it for 1 or 2 minutes than off the stove and place it to cool. Add 2-3 pinches of salt in it and drink it with an empty stomach.
